First step on your fitness journey - initial assessment.
During this session I will collect important information about your capacities in the key areas of strength, mobility, stability and balance. I will ask about your lifestyle and discuss your goals and expectations. It is crucial to get an understanding of your current physical abilities and limitations to ensure that I design a safe and effective fitness program.
With all the information gathered, training and nutrition advice ready, your fitness training can begin.
Session packages give you the freedom of choosing how often you want to train. Completely flexible, they do have a expiry date (of 3 months time) and are ideal for those who are committed to training on their own but lack direction.
I will guide you through your training plan during sessions and advise how to work on it when you train on your own.
The body transformation plan.
From 4 to 12 weeks - from a good kick-start to real results. I am dedicated to help you and you need to be committed to your fitness goal.
I will monitor and record your progress and you will take weekly measurements . You will be pushed to your physical limits to achieve maximum results but in a healthy, safe and sustainable way.
4 weeks (2 sessions p/w) = £360
8 weeks (2 sessions p/w) = £720
12 weeks (2 sessions p/w) = £1.080
