In-Person Coaching — Monthly Packages
Every package includes homework between sessions. Can't make a session in person? Swap to a video call instead — up to 2 per month, same price, no separate plan. £60/session — no discounting below that.

BUDDY TRAINING (max 4)
Couples & small group sessions are booked per session (no monthly commitment required). One person can book and pay for the group. Sessions can be held at your home, garden, or a local park — just let me know what works.
